Issue 16

It's my turn to edit again. Have decided to go for a small version, which I have lifted from an actual japanese book. I like the holdability of it. Here is the template and the stickers I used for the packs.

New Sketchbook

I have been bookbinding like mad recently, and am now on complete book no.4. The latest effort is a new sketchbook, that is the size of the old daler ones I used to like, but which are no longer available.

And also one of my drawings from said sketchbook.

Stuff I want to see and have seen..

Two films I would like to see, Ira and Abby is by the woman who did kissing Jessica Stein I think - which was a brilliant film. Also found a great sight and blog for Free People clothes. Firstly I love there clothes and the style of their website is lovely too.

St. Ives

Paul and I had our annual St. Ives pilgrimage recently, but due to the terrible rain we had been having I managed to persuade him that camping was not such a great idea. So we ended up staying in the Pedn Olva hotel, with the most fantastic views of the sea and the harbour. Although the weather was pretty crap - we had a gorgeous time, being lazy and relaxed, we ate in our favourite places, looked round the shops, visited our favourite spots and beaches. Saw a good exhibition in the Tate, called "if everyone had an ocean" - very interesting. Treyarnon beach where I wanted to swim in the rock-pools is really busy these days, and they have knocked down the little surf cafe that was there and now seem to be building holiday homes. Bah!!

Issue time again..

Heather's turn to edit 1ssue, and this time she gave us a theme, which was "calender". I worked on more collages.

Long time no blog...

Been very bad recently doing work and concentrating on home issues like broken boilers and building IKEA wardrobes. See below, except mine is white. I am very happy with this and have had to colour coordinate my clothes so that they look lovely hanging up on it. Even Mouse has found a way to turn it into a snooze opportunity by taking possession of the basket I was planning to keep my bags in.
